Greentown China Holdings (HKG:3900) said Zhang Yadong resigned as an executive director and chairman of the board, citing work arrangement.

The resignation would be effective from prior to the board meeting on Friday or prior to the next board meeting, whichever is earlier, according to a Thursday bourse filing.

Zhou Changjiang also resigned as an executive director effective Wednesday, also citing work arrangement.

Zhou will remain as the company's executive president.

The company appointed Liu Chengyun a non-executive director and chairman, effective Wednesday.
