Renze Harvest International (HKG:1282) expects a net loss of at least HK$319.6 million for 2024, reversing from a HK$55.3 million profit in 2023, the company said in a Wednesday filing on the Hong Kong Exhange.
The property investment and development firm said the expected loss stems from a HK$280.7 million drop in the fair value of investment properties and a HK$151.3 million write-down of property inventories.
