Austco Healthcare (ASX:AHC) completed the earn-out period of its acquisition of Teknocorp, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

The final earn-out payment of AU$799,092 has now been made, marking the full settlement of all contingent consideration, the filing said.

The company said 3.9 million fully paid ordinary shares issued as part of the upfront consideration for the acquisition, subject to voluntary escrow, will be released from escrow on March 31.

The company's shares rose almost 4% in recent Thursday trade.
