Patriot National Bancorp Finance Chief David Finn to Resign

Patriot National Bancorp said Finance Chief David Finn handed his resignation to the company after less than six months in the job.

The lender on Wednesday said that Finn's resignation would be effective on May 15, or as otherwise determined by Finn and the company to ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities.

Finn took over the finance chief role on Jan. 14 after holding the interim job since Oct. 30.
