In the fiscal year ending Jan. 31, the company expects revenue of $960 million, plus or minus 3%, and adjusted EPS of $2.93 at the midpoint of the revenue guidance.
Analysts polled by FactSet expect revenue of $970.3 million and adjusted EPS of $3.11.
Shares of Verint Systems fell 6.8% in recent after-hours trading.
