Epsium Enterprise (EPSM) shares were trading 26% higher after debut on Nasdaq Wednesday under the ticker symbol "EPSM."
The stock opened at $4.48, above the initial public offering price of $4.
The IPO consists of nearly 1.3 million shares to raise $5 million and the company has granted underwriters an option to buy up to an additional 187,500 shares.
Epsium said it will use the proceeds for business growth, including through product innovation and brand building and acquisitions.
