Keppel DC REIT (SGX:AJBU) completed the divestment of the Kelsterbach Data Centre in Frankfurt, Germany for 50 million euros, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

The property comprises a five-story shell and core data center and six-story office block.

Following the divestment, the REIT's portfolio occupancy remains at 96.6%.
