Netdragon Websoft (HKG:0777) recorded a 44% decline in attributable profit in 2024 to 311 million yuan from 550 million yuan in the year-ago period, a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

Earnings per share were 0.586 yuan in the year, down from 1.03 yuan in 2023.

Revenue for the gaming app firm fell by 15% to 6.05 billion yuan in the year from 7.10 billion yuan a year prior, amid unit Mynd.ai continuing to navigate through industry-wide challenges.

The firm declared a final dividend of HK$0.50 per ordinary share for the year, payable on or before July 31 to shareholders of record on June 12.
