Corporate Travel Management (ASX:CTD) said Greg McCarthy, chief executive of its Australia and New Zealand business, resigned, effective June 30, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.

Jo Sully will succeed McCarthy, effective May 5, the filing said.
