Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (ASX:URW) raised 815 million euros through the placement of deeply subordinated perpetual hybrid notes at a coupon rate of 4.875%, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The new notes will settle and be admitted to trading on Euronext Paris on April 4, the filing said.
