China International Holdings (SGX:BEH) said its subsidiaries CIHL (Tianjin) City Development and Yichang Zhongjia Xinye Asset Management received a civil ruling from the Yiling District Court of Yichang City, China, on March 24 approving the plaintiffs' request to withdraw the lawsuit filed on March 20, according to a Monday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The court ordered the plaintiffs to bear all related court fees.
