-- The talks between the two telecommunications companies are exclusive and value the unit at more than $5.5 billion, one of the people told Bloomberg.
-- Terms are not finalized and could change or collapse, the report said.
-- AT&T and Lumen didn't immediately respond to WSJ's request for comment.
