Incitec Pivot (ASX:IPL) introduced a new Dyno Nobel EMEA & LATAM business unit for segment reporting ahead of the release of its fiscal half-year results in May, according to a Friday filing with the Australian bourse.
The segment will include French industrial explosives manufacturer Titanobel, Turkish explosives supplier Nitromak, Latin American businesses, and South African joint ventures, the filing said.
The business unit will be disclosed separately in the fiscal first-half report, with comparative results restated for the segment moving forward, per the filing.
