Archer Materials (ASX:AXE) appointed Chief Technology Officer Simon Ruffell as chief executive officer effective immediately, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Ruffell will earn remuneration of AU$330,000 per annum and will be eligible for short-term and long-term incentives, the filing said.
