ValueMax Group (SGX:T6I) raised SG$14.3 million from its six-month Series 007 digital securities issuance, which closed on Thursday, according to a same-day filing on the Singapore Exchange.

The securities will be listed on the ADDX platform on March 28.

Independent director Tan Soon Liang and executive director Yeah Lee Ching subscribed for SG$500,000 and SG$240,000, respectively, representing 5.17% of the total issuance.
