Cheng Huanhuan stepped down as Hygeia Healthcare's (HKG:6078) co-chief executive officer due to a redesignation of duties in the group, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
Cheng Huanhuan will remain as an executive director and has been appointed as the secretary to the board.
The oncology healthcare group named executive director Ren Ai as the new co-CEO.
