Chariot (ASX:CC9) will raise up to AU$2 million by issuing convertible notes to US-based investor Obsidian Global, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The initial drawdown of AU$600,000 from the convertible note facility has been completed, with further drawdowns available within 12 months, subject to mutual agreement, the filing said.
The notes, convertible at AU$0.14 per note, will mature in 12 months, the filing added.
