EZCORP (EZPW) said Monday it plans to sell $300 million of senior notes due 2032 in a private offering, subject to market conditions.
The company, a pawn shop operator, said it expects to use a portion of the net proceeds to repay its outstanding 2.375% convertible senior notes due 2025 at maturity, and the remainder for general corporate purposes.
EZCORP shares were 3.4% higher in recent trading.
