Kunlun Energy (HKG:0135) said Gao Xiangzhong stepped down as the company's chief financial officer due to age-related issues, according to a filing made on Tuesday with the Hong Kong bourse.

Gao will be succeeded by Jin Guanghui. Jin has been associated with PetroChina Natural Gas Marketing as chief accountant since December 2024.

All changes are effective March 25.
