Willas-Array Electronics (Holdings) (SGX:BDR) received approval from the Singapore Exchange to delay its audited fiscal year 2024 results until April 30, due to a pending change of auditors, according to a Tuesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

SGX also granted extensions to hold its annual general meeting and release its sustainability report by June 30. The company must appoint Ernst & Young Singapore as its new auditor by April 15.
