Frasers Centrepoint Trust (SGX:J69U) received in-principle approval from the Singapore Exchange to list and quote new units under its SG$400 million equity fundraising plan, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.

Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management, the trust's manager, said the proceeds will be used for working capital and to strengthen the trust's financial position.

The offering will include a private placement and a preferential offering to existing unitholders.
