Kunlun Energy (HKG:0135) attributable profit rose 4.9% to 5.96 billion yuan in 2024 from 5.68 billion yuan in 2023, according to a Tuesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Earnings per share at the crude oil and natural gas producer increased 4.9% to 0.6883 yuan from 0.6562 yuan a year earlier. Analysts at Visible Alpha estimated EPS at 0.71 yuan.
Revenue grew 5.5% to 187.0 billion yuan from 177.4 billion yuan in the previous year. Visible Alpha analysts forecast revenue at 185.3 billion yuan.
The company declared a final dividend of 0.1517 yuan per share, payable July 18 to shareholders on record as of June 5.
