Jyothy Labs (NSE:JYOTHYLAB, BOM:532926) has sold its entire 75% equity stake in its subsidiary Jyothy Kallol Bangladesh to Kallol Enterprise for 30.2 million Bangladeshi taka, according to a Tuesday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

Kallol already holds 25% of the paid-up share capital of Jyothy Kallol Bangladesh.

Following the deal, Jyothy Kallol Bangladesh is no longer a subsidiary of the company, with effect from Tuesday.
