Forge Global Holdings is partnering with Yahoo Finance to provide pricing information on late-stage private companies before they go public.
The partnership confirms earlier reporting by The Wall Street Journal.
The companies said their initiative introduces a large-scale public-to-private company comparison, a tool that will inform investors if they're considering putting equity into the private market.
