DHC Software (SHE:002065) plans to establish a 50 million yuan subsidiary with another unit, according to a Shenzhen Stock Exchange filing on Wednesday.
The planned subsidiary, Shandong Donghua Kuiqiu Data Technology, will offer information systems, data processing, and storage support services.
The Chinese application software developer will invest 49.5 million yuan into the venture's capital while subsidiary Beijing Donghua Hechuang Technology will inject the remaining 500,000 yuan, owning 99% and 1% of the venture, respectively.
