Giordano's (HKG:0709) attributable profit fell 37.4% to HK$216 million in 2024 from HK$345 million in 2023, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Earnings per share at the apparel retailer decreased to HK$0.133 from HK$0.214 in the previous year.

Revenue grew 1.2% to HK$3.92 billion from HK$3.87 billion a year earlier.

The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.06 per share, payable June 20 to shareholders on record as of June 10.

Shares gained 1% during Wednesday's late morning trading.
