IACE Travel (TYO:343A) will debut on the Tokyo Stock Exchange's Standard Market on April 7, the exchange said on Friday.
The company, which operates the "Smart BTM" booking system, will offer 960,000 new shares, with 214,700 shares sold by existing holders.
An over-allotment option covers 176,200 shares. Pricing will be set on March 27 after the book-building process from March 19 to March 26.
