BW LPG to Sell Two Gas Carriers to BW LPG India for $150 Million

BW LPG (BWLP) said Monday it signed an agreement to sell two gas carriers, the BW Pampero and the BW Chinook, to BW LPG India for about $75 million each.

BW LPG holds a 52% stake in BW LPG India, with Maas Capital Shipping owning 42%, the company said.

The two Very Large Gas Carriers are expected to be delivered in Q3, BW LPG added.

BW LPG shares were down 3.4% in recent trading.
