Newsmax (NMAX) shares were surging Monday in their debut on the New York Stock Exchange after the company sold 7.5 million Class B shares at $10.00 per share.
The shares were up more than 500% at $66.67 in recent trading after opening at $14.00. Trading in the shares was halted at least seven times due to volatility.
Digital Offering acted as the lead selling agent for the offering.
