Yamada Green Resources (SGX:BJV) has established a wholly owned subsidiary in China focused on rental and property management services, according to a Friday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The new entity, Fuzhou Yunjing Leasing Services, was incorporated on March 27 with a registered capital of 1 million yuan.
The subsidiary will provide rental services, real estate consulting, and property management in Fuzhou.
