China Zheshang Bank's (SHA:601916, HKG:2016) net profit attributable to shareholders rose 0.92% to 15.2 billion yuan from 15 billion yuan a year earlier, according to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange disclosure on March 28.
Earnings per share slid 0.52 yuan from 0.57 yuan.
The Chinese lender's operating income climbed 6.2% to 67.7 million yuan from 63.8 million yuan in the previous year.
The board of directors proposed a cash dividend of 1.56 yuan per ten shares, the disclosure said.
