New Pacific Metals (NEWP) said Monday Chief Executive and Director Andrew Williams will step down from his roles from April 15.
The company said Williams will be succeeded by Chief Financial Officer Jalen Yuan as interim CEO.
New Pacific's financial controller Chester Xie has been named interim CFO, the company said.
