** Semiconductor technology company enters partnership with Hylid Diagnostics to develop an at-home testing device for chronic kidney disease as part of its Biochip project

** About 279,150 shares change hands by 0057 GMT, 1.3 times the 30-day average volume of shares

** Stock down 48.3% this year, as of last close
