Beverly JCG (SGX:9QX) agreed to issue 57,471,264 new shares at SG$0.0087 per share to company's substantial shareholder, Mark Phillip Jones, to raise gross proceeds of SG$500,000.
The shares represent around 7.59% of the existing issued share capital and 7.05% of the
enlarged issued share capital of the company, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The proceeds will be used to fund growth, expansion of medical and healthcare businesses and for working capital needs.
