China Overseas Land & Investment (HKG:0688) posted a profit attributable to owners of 15.6 billion yuan in 2024, down from 25.6 billion yuan in 2023.
Earnings per share fell to 1.43 yuan from 2.34 yuan a year earlier, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
Revenue dropped year over year to 185.2 billion yuan from 202.5 billion yuan, as sales from the property development segment slid to 174.7 billion yuan from 192.9 billion yuan.
The real estate developer's board recommended a final dividend of HK$0.30 per share, down from HK$0.45 in the preceding year.
