Fonterra Co-operative Group (NZE:FCG) named Elizabeth Coutts chair-elect of the Mainland Group, the proposed divestment entity of the dairy company's global consumer business, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand bourse.
Coutts is currently chair of ASX- and NZX-listed companies EBOS Group (NZE:EBO, ASX:EBO) and Oceania Healthcare (NZE:OCA, ASX:OCA).
The appointment comes as the company explores Mainland Group's potential trade sale and initial public offering.
In the event of an IPO, Liz would be the non-executive chair of Mainland Group, per the filing.
