Karman (KRMN) said Friday it has bought Metal Technology for $90 million in cash.
Metal Technology is known for creating products that use refractory alloys in strategic missile programs, including nozzles, electromagnetic shielding, energetic liners, gas generators, shape charges, and actuation systems, the company said.
Karman said the acquisition is immediately accretive across major financial metrics, including contracted revenue, revenue growth, adjusted EBITDA margins and cash flow.
Shares of the company were down 4% ahead of Friday's opening bell.
