IAC (IAC) has completed the spinoff of its full ownership stake in Angi (ANGI), the companies said Tuesday.
The companies said IAC's shareholders now directly hold IAC's former interest in Angi, which is now an independent company.
Effective on the spinoff, Joey Levin transitioned from IAC's chief executive officer to Angi's executive chairman, the companies said, adding that Levin will remain an adviser to IAC.
The companies also said that they each affirmed their full-year outlook for 2025.
