Magnis Energy Technologies (ASX:MNS) said the Delaware Bankruptcy Court approved the sale of unit IM3NY's assets to Musashi Auto Parts Michigan for a stated consideration of $10 million, with the sale to close on April 4, according to a Tuesday Australian bourse filing.
The company said it is presently not aware of the exact sale price or disposition of the proceeds, the filing said.
