Nexus Minerals (ASX:NXM) said gold discovery at a prospect in its Wallbrook Gold project in Western Australia grew after an 11,691-meter regional aircore drill program, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The results include four meters at 5.4 grams per tonne (g/t) grade of gold from a depth of 28 meters and four meters at 4.4 g/t gold, including 8 meters at 2.7 g/t gold from 24 meters.
The company's next regional aircore program is scheduled to start in mid-April, the filing said.
The company's shares rose 10% in recent Tuesday trade.
