Locality Planning Energy Holdings (ASX:LPE) extended the repayment date for the AU$6.2 million load due from Bundaberg BioHub to June 30 from March 31, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
Bundaberg's delay to repay the loan comes after weather-related setbacks stalled demolition work required for the sale, which is now expected to be finished by April, the filing said.
Shares of the company fell 4% in recent Tuesday trade.
