Shougang Fushan Resources' (HKG:0639) attributable profit fell 21% to 1.49 billion yuan in 2024 from 5.89 billion yuan in 2023.

Earnings per share at the coking coal company decreased 20% to HK$0.3012 from HK$0.3755 in the previous year, according to a March 27 filing with the Hong Kong bourse.

Revenue declined 14% to 5.06 billion yuan from 5.89 billion yuan a year earlier.

The company declared a final dividend of HK$0.21 per share, payable July 24 to shareholders on record as of July 10.
