JF SmartInvest (HKG:9636) conditionally agreed to acquire Yintech Financial from Yintech Investment and certain core information systems developed by Shanghai Feixiu Internet Technology, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The core information systems include three business and operating information systems and software.

The acquisition of Yintech Financial will allow the firm to venture into the financial services niche, as well as diversify its revenue streams among other benefits.

Yintech Investment is held by Chen Wenbin, Yan Ming, and Chen Ningfeng, all directors and controlling shareholders of JF Wealth. Shanghai Feixiu Internet Technology is a unit of Yintech Investment.
