Hengdeli (HKG:3389) renewed an agreement to continue providing shop design and decoration services to Primetime for the year commenced Jan. 1, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.
The renewal came as the previous agreement expired Dec. 31, 2024.
The annual cap for transactions under the contract for the year ending Dec. 31 was set at 21 million yuan.
