Baijin Life Science (HKG:1466) completed the allotment and issue of 65,359,433 shares to 20 subscribers at HK$0.48 apiece, raising net proceeds of around HK$31.3 million, a Thursday filing with the Hong Kong bourse said.

The jewelry business will use proceeds from the issue for general working capital.
