Rohas Tecnic (KLSE:ROHAS) unit HG Power Transmission received a final arbitration award regarding a dispute with Power Grid Company of Bangladesh.

The dispute stemmed in October 2022 after Power Grid Company of Bangladesh rejected HG Power Transmission's price variation invoices for a transmission line project, according to a Thursday Malaysian bourse filing.

Power Grid Company of Bangladesh is being ordered to pay $1.89 million, along with interest and reimbursement of arbitration costs to HG Power Transmission, it added.
