Jingrui Holdings (HKG:1862) ​​​​recorded contracted sales of around 120 million yuan in March, a Thursday filing by the real estate firm with the Hong Kong bourse said.

Contracted gross floor area for the month was approximately 9,385 square meters, while the average selling price stood at 12,765 yuan per square meter.

For the three months ended March 31, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 242 million yuan and 18,407 square meters, respectively.
