Leader Environmental Technologies (SGX:LS9) has secured approval from the Singapore Exchange regarding its proposed disposal of the AIWater Group and the associated conditional distribution to shareholders, according to a bourse filing on Wednesday.
The proposed transaction involves the disposal of AIWater and the distribution of up to 238.7 million yuan to its shareholders.
Additionally, up to 34.7 million yuan will be paid to InnoVision, holder of redeemable zero-coupon convertible bonds.
