Centrex (ASX:CXM) and its unit, Agriflex, said that its administrators are in advanced discussions with potential parties regarding recapitalization or asset sale options, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The negotiations are ongoing and will not be finalized before the date of the second creditors' meeting, scheduled for April 8, the filing said.
