ServiceNow (NOW) said Thursday it plans to acquire Logik.ai, an artificial intelligence-powered, omnichannel configure, price and quote platform.

Financial terms for the acquisition of the privately-held firm were not disclosed but ServiceNow said the deal should expand its customer relationship management footprint as well as accelerate its sales and order management.

The transaction also is subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.
